Fire Sprinkler Demonstration (3:30 PM)

Location: UWEC Towers parking lot off University Drive

The public is invited to see this side-by-side fire demonstration. Both rooms will be lit on fire, one will be an unprotected room, the other will have an automatic fire sprinkler sytem installed that will extinguish the fire before deadly heat and smoke destroy its contents. This is to demonstrate the importance of residential fire sprinklers and also to show how fast an uncontrolled fire can grow.
