TO:  Landmarks Commission

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Eau Claire Landmarks Commission has scheduled its regular monthly meeting for Monday, October 3, 2011, at 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 203 S. Farwell Street, Eau Claire, Wisconsin.  The following items will be on the agenda:

1. Approval of minutes:  September 12, 2011.

2. Discussion on Historic Preservation presentation held on September 27.

3. Discussion of update of Landmarks Tour booklet.

4. Discussion of entry way repairs at 447 McKinley Avenue
 (information will be handed out at the meeting)

5. Update of landmark activities and properties, including:
A. Commission vacancy
B. Report from HPF
C. Report on Fall State Preservation Conference

In order to accommodate the participation of individuals with special needs at this meeting, the City will provide the services of a sign language interpreter or make other reasonable accommodations on request.  To make such a request, please notify the City at 715-839-4902 at least 2 days prior to the meeting.
