PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Eau Claire Landmarks Commission has scheduled its regular monthly meeting for Monday, September 12, 2011, at 4:30 p.m. in the North Conference Room, City Hall, 203 S. Farwell Street, Eau Claire, Wisconsin.  The following items will be on the agenda:

1. Approval of minutes:  August 1, 2011.

2. Recognition/remembrance of Barbara Lozar.

3. Update of guidelines for Historic Residential Loan Program.

4. Discussion on Historic Preservation presentation on September 27.

5. Update on North Barstow Street reconstruction and riverfront improvements.

6. Update of landmark activities and properties, including:
A. Commission vacancy
B. Report from HPF
C. CLG annual report
