CLOSED SESSION

Upon a motion duly made and carried, the City Council may go into closed session to discuss terms and conditions of an economic development incentive to Plank Enterprises, which is permitted in closed session for competitive or bargaining reasons under s. 19.85(1)(e) of the Wisconsin Statutes.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that an open public regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Eau Claire will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 24, 2012, in the City Hall Council Chambers, 203 S. Farwell Street, Eau Claire, Wisconsin, to consider all matters which may properly be considered at a meeting of the City Council.
