CLOSED SESSION

Upon a motion duly made and carried, the City Council may go into closed session to discuss public employee collective bargaining matters, specifically labor negotiations with Eau Claire Professional Police Association (Police Patrol) which is permitted in closed session for competitive or bargaining reasons pursuant to s.19.85(1)(e) of the Wisconsin Statutes.

Farwell Street, Eau Claire, Wisconsin, to consider all matters which may properly be considered at a meeting of the City Council
