Event Checklist & Applications

Special use permit policies, procedures and applications for use of parks, streets, City property, and right of way. It is the policy of the City of Eau Claire to encourage and support special community events, such as festivals, parades, and athletic events while regulating these events in a positive manner to ensure the health and safety of the participants in the event.

To assist your organization with your event, we have put this packet of information together. Please read it thoroughly. Making appropriate accommodations well in advance of your event will make the event successful.
