Program Benefits

The Program offers the opportunity to protect the investment you have in your house by providing a low interest rehabilitation loan. The rehabilitation of your property may increase its value and will extend the life of the home. It will also improve the neighborhood, therefore reducing or eliminating crime and vandalism.

Program Eligibility Requirements

  • Property must be within the city limits of Eau Claire
  • Assessed value of home not to exceed $146,500
  • Property a minimum of 25 years old
  • Owner Occupied (at least 1 year)
  • Owner(s) must be credit worthy
  • The annual gross household income cannot exceed income limits set by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development as follows:
