Information on individuals is released from the Police Department subject to limitations of federal and state law.  Records checks are best requested in person at the Records Division of the Police Department.  When requesting a records check, please be prepared to provide the person's first and last name as well as their middle initial and date of birth.  The records check only contains a list of contacts the person has had with the Eau Claire Police Department.
