Since 2003, over 163 landlords representing more than 4840 rental units have completed this training course!
The people on this list attended the Certified Eau Claire Landlord Program. These property managers were encouraged to utilize the property management skills demonstrated by this program. These managers are not required to implement any of these management practices and therefore the City of Eau Claire does not officially endorse any of these rental businesses. It is our hope that these managers will provide housing services in a manner that promotes the safety of their tenants and reduces crime in our community.
