    a. Approve Community Development Block Grant Application for the Intensified Housing Code Compliance Program for funding from August 1, 2010-July 31, 2011 in the amount of $66,600.
    b. Adopt amendments to Board of Health Regulations: Food Establishment, Hotel/Motel, Bed & Breakfast, Pools and Recreational Facilities, and Mobile Home Parks
   c. Adopt resolutions 10-01 thru 10-04: 2010-11 licensed establishment fees for food/beverage service, swimming pools, campgrounds, hotel/motels, bed and breakfasts, and mobile home parks
   d. Approve 2010-11 school health inspection fees
   e. Approve 2010-11 laboratory fees
   f. Approve 2010-11 sanitary permit inspection fees
   g. Approve Prenatal Care Coordination fees, TB skin testing charge, Hepatitis B vaccination fee to be effective March 1, 2010
   h. Accept donation from Junior League of $1,000 for Sealant Program
   i. Approve fees for oral health program
   j. Approve agreement with NACCHO for MRC Unit
